Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zz7z platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features made available at zz7z.app. The platform is operated under the zz7z brand and is directed exclusively at adult users aged 21 and above located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted.

By creating an account or placing any bet on zz7z, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account. zz7z reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of zz7z, regardless of whether they are browsing the platform as guests or as registered account holders. Certain sections of these Terms apply specifically to registered players and will be noted accordingly. zz7z may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who breaches these Terms without prior notice.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use the zz7z platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet or maintain any of these requirements may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false date of birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update it promptly if any details change.
• You must not have had a previous account on zz7z that was terminated for a breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of zz7z, or an immediate family member of any such person.

zz7z reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time, including identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until the process is complete.

Bonuses and Promotions

zz7z offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise. Players should review the terms of each individual promotion before participating.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance only after the qualifying deposit has been confirmed. The qualifying deposit amount and minimum odds or game contribution rates will be specified in the individual promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated in each promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are not withdrawable.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Each bonus may only be claimed once per player per promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• zz7z reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who abuse bonus offers, including through collusion or the use of multiple accounts, will have bonuses forfeited and may face account suspension.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion will expire 7 days after they are credited unless the promotion states a different expiry period. Any winnings from expired free spins will be forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the zz7z platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances and bonuses forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent security measures.
• Colluding with other players, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or result manipulation.
• Using funds derived from unlawful activities to make deposits on the platform, or using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or during any customer support interaction.
• Abusing any technical error, malfunction, or vulnerability in the platform to gain credits, free bets, or any other benefit not legitimately earned.

zz7z may, at its sole discretion, void any bets or game results that are the product of prohibited conduct, reverse any associated transactions, and permanently ban the offending account. Any outstanding balance in a suspended account will be subject to investigation and may be withheld pending resolution.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zz7z, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, even if zz7z has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zz7z's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
